About us

Early in 2001 the company’s skills and experience culminated in the development of Beech Mews in Gosforth. This was a carefully thought out project with a great many factors to be taken into consideration over many months of planning, including an order for archaeological investigation prior to any works commencing, provision for a wildlife corridor, preservation of protected trees etc.

On completion this small exclusive development of 14 individual properties became a flagship for BJ Walton Homes and we take pride, not only in the standard of our workmanship, but our consideration for the environment and the quality of space provided for homeowners. Pride of place in this development is The Barn, formed by the conversion of a former farm steading.
