Belsay

From these Grade II Listed semi-derelict farm buildings close to this lovely Northumbrian village, three beautiful barn conversions have arisen. With views to die for and a location to suit the most town-weary buyer the farm buildings have been brought to life as individual and special homes. Attention to detail has been crucial in renovating the old buildings which, by their very nature, have required particular consideration. The results however speak for themselves and are evident of the pride we take in each of our projects.
The development, which is surrounded by a low stone wall, has a gated driveway which sweeps dramatically around the three barns and provides access to the double garages. Each of the properties is unique with its own particular character and charm and has been constructed to complement the space available. Timber windows and doors, exposed beams, natural stone or oak flooring, granite work tops, have all been incorporated in the design of the barns together with modern comforts such as double-glazing, oil fired central heating, Villeroy and Bosch to the under floor heated bathrooms and top quality kitchens and utility rooms fitted with a full range of appliances.
